    tag, this 1954-56 Vogue Ginny "And Away We Go!" variation party dress, matching bloomers, hair bow, socks, shoes and gift package are in near mint condition.  The bloomers have ever-so-light age darkening or I would say the outfit is mint.
    The dress and bloomers do not appear to have ever been laundered, are crisp and look darling on a doll. The mint green bloomers give the dress more color than shows in the photos as I photographed the dress with a white slip beneath. The dress closes in back with the original hook and eye closure with no rust. Tight elastic in the bloomers.  Matching green satin hair bow, new socks and "Ginny" marked Mary Jane shoes with working knob closures and a tiny gift package completes this outfit.  Ginny is ready to go to a birthday party...maybe yours?
