tag, this 1954-56 Vogue Ginny six-gore felt skirt, hand made cardigan sweater, matching cap, socks and suede cloth skates are so hard to find!  All in excellent vintage condition with no moth holes to the wool felt skirt which closes in back with a single Vogue snap.  The sweater and cap were made for my Ginny by my Nana in 1955.  The sweater closes in front with tiny buttons.  The yellow socks are new, but the skates are Vintage Vogue suede cloth ice skates from the 1950's.
I remember receiving this outfit as a gift for my January birthday and my Nana freezing a pie pan of water for a "skating rink" for my Ginny to skate on.  Imagine my delight!
