Vogue Ginny Doll OUTFIT ONLY Rainbow Ballerina Ballet Outfit in Box TLC (2160)

This sale is for a Vogue Ginny Doll Rainbow Ballerina Outfit that is in a box with a tag that says "87-C" on it. This is such a rare and sought after outfit but both outfit and box are in TLC condition, so please view photos and read our details. The box itself has lots of wear and water stains with a paper insert that is discolored and clear plastic cover that has bends and breaks and tape on it.
The rainbow ballerina dress has bends and wear to the different color strands between waist and silver edge lining. There are more pulls and bends to the strands on the left side area. The inside stiff fabric is discolored and has some wear, bends and pulls to it. The dress closes with a hook-and-eye closure (no rust). We carefully put it on one of our own Ginny dolls in order to see how it fits and it does fit nicely but needs some rearranging of the outfit to make it flair out correctly on a doll (we do not wish to play with it).  The underpants are loose at waist and show what seems like wear to all of the stiff fabric that covers
the pants. The matching headband is in very nice condition and does not appear to have ever been used. The satiny soft fabric peach shoes with ribbons have fuzzy bottoms and are in good condition with wear to ends of ribbons on them. We have just kept this set together stored away. We are hoping that someone will be able to use their expertise to properly use this outfit on their own treasured Ginny.
