Vintage Blue Dress w-Dots fits Ginny +Panties, Rain Cape & Hair Bow (No Doll)

Includes: Dress, Panties, Rain Cape, Hair Bow (No Doll)
o  This vintage untagged dress fits Ginny.  It is blue with white dots and red-blue-green-white trim.  The waistband is red and it closes with a hook and bar.   I added the red bow to the front.  I found no holes or tears.
o  The vintage red taffeta panties have replaced waist elastic.
o  The vintage plastic rain cape is light blue with white dots.  It is trimmed in white.  I found no holes or tears.
o  I made
the red ribbon hair bow that attaches with a pin.
