Royal Vienna Portrait Plate - "Rose de Mai", Gold Decorated Embossed Border
A beautiful quality hand painted Royal Vienna porcelain portrait plate, titled "Rose de Mai". It depicts a stylish woman with multiple roses on her hat. Surrounding the central portrait is an elaborate embossed gold pattern of grapes & grape leaves.
The underside of the plate shows the Royal Vienna blue beehive mark and also is written "Rose de Mai".
The plate measures 9 1/2 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition.
