    Letter writtten by Robert L. Humphreys at the Care State Hospital in Salem, Oregon.  The letter is in regards to his life story as a Pinkerton Detective.  He could tell a story that "would melt the point of a lighting rod."  Said he has been a Pinkerton Detective since 1902.  No date on letter, 2 pages written in pencil.
