I was doing free shipping for everyone until several people tried buying one single battery for 5$ and expected me to pay the 10$ shipping cost. There is no way for me to set up free shipping for some people and charge shipping to others based on quantity purchased. The only way i can make it work is to refund you the shipping you are charged if you buy 10 or more cells. Sorry for the inconvenience.
loose cells pulled from the larger packs. I bought these to build an 84V scooter pack (20S 15P) and only ended up doing 20S 9P so i have a ton of extra cells left over. I have tested every single loose cell for capacity and internal resistance. Any cells that were damaged or not holding at least 95% capacity i disposed of. So all the ones here for sale are still great quality cells. No damage to the cells themselves but some cells the skin on them may have been torn during removal. Nothing a piece of tape wont fix. or new battery wrap which is very cheap.
Larger packs (10S 4P) (40 cells) have not been tested by myself but where tested by the company i bought them from and they guarantee 95% capacity. which i have found to be an understatement. Out of the 200 cells i tested i found maybe 3 or 4 that were unusable.
If you order in any increment of 40 cells i will ship you a whole pack, unstripped. Which includes the bms and original housing and original insulation.
When i disassemble the larger 40 cell packs i break the nickel strip, use wire cutters to remove as much nickel strip as i can, and then use a dremmel to grind off the welding stubs on both sides of the battery. So when you receive them they will be smooth and ready to be used in any device or spot welded together to make your own packs. Any blemish in the wrap will be covered with kapton tape. All cells will have the old green cardboard stickers on the positive end removed and replaced with fresh ones (unless i run out of the stickers and you order in between the new ones arriving.)
