Pair Of High-Dollar Solid Brass12 Inch Strap Hinges

Description

I have a pair of high-dollar solid brass 12 inch strap hinges. These measure 1/8" thick when measured with dial calipers and weigh over a pound (1.14 lbs.). They are about 1 3/4" wide at the hinge.  I'm no metallurgist, but these hinges have no magnetic properties whatsoever, so I believe them to be solid brass. These are high-quality hinges and would not be for you if you want to just buy something cheap from...well, you know where cheap stuff comes from.
I only had about a teaspoon of Brasso left in my can so I spent about three minutes on the front sides of them which got a lot of the tarnish and blemishes out. As the photos show, there is still more work to do and I do not guarantee that they'll polish perfectly. I just don't know so I'm not going to make any promises.
