Shipping & Sales Terms
Combined Shipping -
To get the best shipping price on multiple items, combined shipping
must be done manually
by me as the seller. For each item, do Buy It Now, then Commit to Buy, but stop at the payment screen. Email me (contact seller link) and let me know you are done shopping, then I will send you a combined shipping eBay invoice which you can pay by PayPal. I generally try to charge as close to the actual shipping cost as I can, plus {{detail_product_description}}.50 to .00 handling charge for packaging when needed, for all my auctions and eBay store listings. Feel free to contact me (contact seller link) for a shipping quote before purchasing!
Same-Day Shipping
- Generally I try to ship same-day for items paid for by 2pm MST. But if you need Same-Day shipping, or any kind of
FAST SHIPPING
such as Overnight, you need to contact me. Go to my eBay
About Me
page for my phone #'s. I do check my email throughout the day, but a phone call can also help if you need Same-Day shipping, whether you are choosing a shipping option as slow as USPS Parcel Post or as fast as any kind of Overnight shipping.
Payment -
I accept PayPal as payment, NO EXCEPTIONS. But the good news is, PayPal gives you a variety of payment options, including a bank account or a credit card. I've been using PayPal for years, both as a buyer and a seller, without any problems and I love it! When paying for multiple auctions and/or store items with PayPal, please make only ONE PayPal payment. I will be more than glad to send you a combined invoice when purchasing and/or bidding on multiple items, just let me know when you are ready. Payment is due no later than 7 days after your purchase or auction's end. Thank you.
Returns
- This item is returnable if it is unopened and still brand-new. Shipping fees are not refundable. You also must pay return shipping. I will refund the item cost when I receive it from you. If you have other concerns with your product, please contact me.
International Shipping
- For combined auctions and store sales or less, I will use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class International, for weight up to 4 lbs (the weight limit for USPS First Class International). While I almost always get your package shipped within 24 hours of payment Monday through Friday and email you the shipping notice, USPS First Class International still takes
about 2 weeks
, but many times it can take from
up to 3 to 5 weeks
. Yes, I know that is really slow, but you should just plan on that kind of time when purchasing from me here in the U.S. I fill out the USPS customs form and put my own package contents label on the outside of the package to help the package go more smoothly through customs. If your country requires a full sales invoice attached to the outside of the package, let me know so that I can do that for your package.
Customs/Duty Fees
- It is your responsibility as the buyer to pay customs/duty fees issued by your country. That is not something I have any control over, nor can I determine how much that will cost. You will have to inquire at the appropriate government office in your country, perhaps the post office. Based on input from my customers, I know that Australia does not charge customs/duty fees, but I do know that Canada and the U.K. do. I do not have information about other countries. For combined purchases over or 4lb., I will use USPS Priority Mail International that provides insurance and tracking. I know this really limits your purchasing options, but there isn't a cheaper shipping option (UPS and Federal Express cost more). I
highly recommend
that all international buyers contact me for a specific shipping quote when purchasing or bidding on more than one item. If you want to
purchase or more
worth of items from me, but are discouraged by the shipping price, you may want to consider getting a big order together, either from my listings for from a big craft supply order (I order regularly from the largest craft supply wholesaler in the U.S., carries most major brands, and I can offer you a discount) for yourself or a group of people so that you can spread out the cost of shipping over a lot of items.
