Hank Ketcham signed autographed with sketch 1977 Dennis the Menace comic

I had 2 of these comics signed in 91.  this one is from 1977 there are a couple of nicks on the cover opening side, a long fold in the upper corner and a smaller one in the lower.  it is loose at the spine at the upper staple and some tearing has started, the staples have some rust.  there are some marks to the right of the racket that look like pen marks without any ink.  the signature and sketch are nice and it still displays well.  it has been stored in a plastic sleeve and comes from a non smoking home.  shipping usps 1st class email any questions.  thanks
