Dead Fans !!!  Talk about an over 30-Year Old ! Grateful Dead Ticket that seriously ' Looks ' like it saw the Show ... Ha ! - which it did !!  And, what a Ripper ! of a New Years Eve Dead Show this was - and was actually the 2nd to last G.D. presented by BGP ! " New Years Eve " Show which was actually played " In " San Francisco - at The Civic ! - before the Band started setting up camp over in the East Bay in Oakland starting with the 1985-1986 New Year's Eve run - and yes ... that's right - the one You ! likely saw on " Night Flight " !  Ha !  But ... this '83-'84 New Years Eve stand at the Civic went for four Shows on 12/27/83 > 12/28/83 > 12/30/83 > 12/31/83 ... with the Grateful Dead delivering a nearly 3-Set Show & an Encore !  This one was a National Radio Broadcast too ... on FM KFOG - San Francisco, and on this Night - Bill Graham appears right out of a " Globe ".  Goin' Down The Road there ... with a Save the Earth & " We Are Everywhere " thing - or something close to that I suppose.  And ... Mike Henderson and then The Band ! opened-up for the Dead !!  The Show opened with a stout Jack Straw ! - the Candyman was sweet ... and the Minglewood - and Bucket > Don't Ease 1st set closer really got things Shakin' !!  Sugar Mag > Touch opened Set II ( for Bill ! ) - with an extended Estimated > Eyes - and then Throwin' > NFA filling up " Set II ".  Then the ' Encore ' came in the form of Brokedown !  And then ... it was back for Set " III " !!! >>> Big Boss Man > Iko Iko > Midnight Hour ! ... and then - Goodnight Irene !!!  So yeah - you betcha ... as Set III indeed stole the Show - at least to my ears ... for sure.  The 1st " Big Boss " since the 1981-82 " New Years Eve " Show - the 1st " Midnight Hour " since the 1982-1983 " New Years Eve " Show ... and, the 1st " Goodnight Irene " ever-played by The Grateful Dead !  Good-stuff ! - or ... as I should probably more-appropriately say - " Grate !! " Stuff !!! ... Enjoy !!!!!

This Vintage Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) Grateful Dead ( GDTS ) Used Mail Order Ticket for the 1983-1984 New Year's Eve Show on December 31, 1983 ( 12/31/1983 ) at the San Francisco Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, California ( CA ) is in Acceptable condition - showing significant ( heavy ) show-used wear (please see all photos).  Ticket is torn on the perforated edge, and has significant / heavy surface wear all-throughout - including heavy creasing, heavy edge / corner wear - moisture discolorations - and a ticket center-area pocket / wallet crease. This Ticket saw the Show - and ' Looks ' like it saw the Show - much more than most.  " Acceptable " condition only.  Please see all photos & close-up photos provided to view the actual condition of this item.  Photos included are of the actual item you will receive.  A Vintage-Original G.D. 1983-84 New Years Eve Ticket Stub !!! ...
