G.D. Fans !!! ... and Especially Mid-'80's Live-Dead Lovers ! --- " Twenty Years So Far " !!!!!  Wow .... as offered here is the Vintage-Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) Grateful Dead Tickets ( GDTS Mail-Order Tickets ) Set which is still unused & in Excellent (Near Mint/Mint!) condition ... please check-out the Photos !  1985 !!!!! ... definitely some of my personal-favorite G.D. in G.D. History !  And, though it is virtually-impossible to pick the " Best " Show of this 1985 Grateful Dead Celebratory Touring-stand ... this ' middle-night ' Show here - 11/21/85 is without any-question " in " that conversation !  Sure, I mean there were a few Shows from the Jaw-Dropping '85 Summer Tour that probably beat it pound-for-pound ( 6/30/85, etc., etc..  ;-)) ) - as far as the element of Surprise ! & Delivery !! by the Band, and for the Dead Fans ... what happened on 11/21/85 in Oak-Town ... it's tough to beat !  One of my Buddies ( who had notched over 450 + Shows - by way back in 1994 ! ) was Backstage for this one, and puts it at one of the Top-5 ! Shows that he had ever seen the Band play ... dating back to '79.  They just flat-out Smoked !!! this Show.  Holy-Grateful Dead !!?!!!  Considering the Show-Opener ?  Heck, they could have just played That ! ... took a bow, and then Walked ! - and it would have been ok by me ... Big Boy Pete !!!!!!!  First time since '70 !!!  And ... just So-Hot ! with Garcia chops being so Fat ! out of that Silver-Faced Twin ... Pure-'85 Attack !!!  And, if you've seen Shows at the Kaiser ??  Well, you know ... Ha !  What a Room !!  But, they didn't just walk-off after tune # 1 ( Ha ! )... and, instead - it just kept on a Rollin' ! ... like an '85 Train ! Rollin' on-down the Track !!  Shakedown ! to open Set II ... and, a Shakedown with Muscle !!  Playin' leads into She Belongs To Me !!!!!  So-sweet ... even with Garcia slight-bit of vocal challenges.  Hey, I mean when Garcia Plays Dylan ... I'm in !  The Other One is just just Phil Zone Hot-House ! ... Ka-Boom ! -- with the Wharf Rat to follow ... and then Playin' again ! on the Reprise !!!  And that, into Gimmie Some Lovin' ! ... Dead Sync ! into the Midnight Hour !!!!!  And, believe me ... Ace make this-one Pay !  Whoa ?!!!  Bobby-Weir ... in 1985 !!!!!  So-killer ...  And, Then ! - they walk-off, after completely Crushing ! the Home Turf Henry J. ... only to return -- and deliver Walking The Dog !!!!!!!!!!!  Wow !?!?!  Unbelievable . . .  Needless to say, 11/21/85 was a Beyond-Huge !! day for the Good Ol' ( 1980's !!! ) Grateful Dead !  11/20/85 Set II opened with Iko ! into a way-sweet Sailor > Saint !  And on 11/22/85 the Bucket ! smoked right out of the gate into a noteworthy Sugaree ... the Let It Grow ! was reaching for certain - with a Touch > Estimated to open Set II.  The Lovelight came out to play in grand fashion, as did The Dew !!  But, even the Boys might tell you themselves ... 11/21/85 at the Good Ol' Henry J. is just one of those Magical ! Grateful Dead nights ... where the Music !! completely played The Band !!!  What a Grateful Dead run ... Whoa ! - " Twenty Years So Far !!! " - right at the Kaiser ! in Good Ol' Oaktown !! ... Enjoy !!!!!
