Grateful Dead '82 Fall Tour - and not only are you cat

ing it in New York ! ... but you're even doing it at Syracuse U. !!!  Dang ... I mean where is that " Time-Machine " !?!?! ... Pre-Gaits too !!?  Ha !  And, on a more ' serious ' note ( kinda ... ) - this 9/24/82 Show is actually " The-Last " Grateful Dead " East Coast " Show of the Entire 1982 G.D. Touring-Year !  So, in essence ... a good listen to this Show - will really dial you in on the overall ' culmination ' of just exactly wear 1982 took out beloved Grateful Dead !  This is a Smoker ! of a Show - and is really so-representative of what they were collectively capable of when it came to the - Emotional-playing ... The Heat ! ... The Jams ! ... The Interplay ! ... The Song Selection & Rotation ! ... and, most of all really ... The Tempos ! & The Tones !!  Point really being ... you could just so-tell the Grateful Dead were Really ! still heading Huge-Places ! by the Sheer & Consistent Magic !! in a Show like on this 9/24/1982 Syracuse Night.  And, heck ... they only just played " Touch Of Grey " Live for the 1st-Time-Ever ! at the Cap Centre in The MD ! just less than 10-days prior ... on 9/15/1982.  So ... you can see my point.  And, if you don't - just go & through in a " Dead Video " from say ... the 1983 - 1984 - 1985 - 1986 - 1987 - 1988 - 1989 - or 1990 Tours !!!  As there indeed is " The Proof ! ".  Pure " G.D. Magic !!! " that didn't just extend ' into ' the 1980's ... but, instead extended ' all-the-way-through ' the 1980's !!! - and even into the Early-1990's too !  Jerry was Strong ! - the Band was Hot ! - and the Fans were Rabid ! ... for more & more - ' Live-Dead ' !!!
I mean people ... this 9/24/82 Syracuse Show had a China > Rider !!! in the 8/9 spot - to Close ! the 1st Set !!!  Just kinda-like the '89 Frost Show !!!  Such-Magic !!!  Such Fiery ! & Infectious !! '80's Dead !!!  " '80's Dead For President ! " - or at least I say ... Enjoy !!!!!
