    Cesare Emiliano Fountain Pen Ink Cartridges
    Cesare Emiliano pens are made in Italy.
    The small boxes containing these cartridges have no markings.  Assume they are also made in Italy.
    There are four boxes--three are full containing 5 cartridges each.  One contains three cartridges.  18 total.
    While the cartridges appear very dark--almost black, when held up to light, the ink color is clearly blue.
