    This is a brand new dance costume, I am saying it has defects because there has been color transfer from the vest area to the sleeves. This is very noticeable upclose from the back. This costume sold to dance teachers for nearly , besides the color transfer, it is perfect, unworn and in the manufacturer's packaging. Bowtie is included. Size is large child which fits a boys size 12C. LH13
