    This is a hand turned hard wood pen with a heavy twist mechanism that uses the standard Cross pen refills.  This is a one of a kind pen made from a real spent 50 caliber shell with a solid box elder burl as the bullet insert.  The pen is concealed in the tip and extends with a simple when you are ready to fire it up.  The mechanism works very smoothly and it is a pleasure to write with.  The wood has a very durable finish on it that will protect the wood and keep the pen looking great.
