Description
LG Chem type 3.7V 63 aH Lithium Pouch Cells, brand new. Rated 60-63ah!Not repurposed / secondary cells. Excellent alternative to using repurposed Nissan Leaf Battery cells and less expensive.
Two of these in series are the same capacity, half the weight and 40% less expensive than a used Nissan Leaf battery (and these are NEW).

These are
NOT
"new old stock", these are brand new from the factory manufactured in April.
As with all lithium batteries, be sure to use a good quality BMS and enjoy the large energy density in these cells.
Unlike earlier 3.7V LG style pouch cells, these do
not
have one tab that is aluminum!! So much easier to work with (solder / weld / crimp / etc) vs the time and expense of trying to solder aluminum with expensive fluxes or having to use busbars. Simply solder the tabs together as needed to make your battery!
