    Description

    For sale is a vintage playbill from a performance of “Cabin In The Sky,” starring Ethel Waters. It was staged at English Theatre in Indianapolis, Indiana, in April 1941. The all-black cast included Katherine Dunham, Louis Sharp, Earl Sydnor, Laura Vaughn, Rex Ingram and Dooley Wilson. This booklet contains many vintage ads, including one for Indiana Fur Co. of Evansville and Indianapolis on the cover. This 12-page playbill measures 6 by 9
    inches and is in very good condition, with some creases.
