1929 - 1937 Kellogg Bakelite Dial Type Master Phone -  Made during the era of old oak crank phones and when dials were seldom employed. So, not many made and most that were had a cap over the dial holes as this one may. I’m including an old Kellogg dial. The contacts in this dial have precious metal. The dial is “stuck and needs messing with or / and lubrication. I can have the dial fastened in and hooked up for a fee so that it’ll work. Small crack in 1 dish (May or may not have been patched around the front edge) hard to see it)).
