Good Condition. Covers exhibit wear from age. Penciled name and address inside front cover (see photo). Cover splitting from bottom of board of screw binding (see photo). Some pages exhibit minor soiling from handling and age. Some pages exhibit bumped corners.
All pages are tightly bound.  Pages are free from tears and stray marks.
